A Cottage-y Ebay Purchase

I love the cottage look and on my small budget, it has to be shabby chic! I want to share with you something I purchased a while ago on EBAY that I fell in love with and think is really sweet. It is a little dust pan that someone talented person painted and decorated with floral decals. It is for decorative purposes only, so I need to find a perfect place in my kitchen to hang it. I luv it! If I don't put it there, it may end up in my garden shed. I love the jadeite color-don't you? I hope to learn to become more creative and think outside the box to also make treasures out of things often overlooked. I hope you enjoy the picture. ;)

I am looking forward to meeting others who share my interests. I have a little house on the midwest prairie and I seek to learn how to make it my own little cottage.
